1. WHAT KIND OF TEA DO YOU USE?

We are committed in discovering the best teas in Asia. Each season, CoCo selects only the finest whole leaf tea using the most stringent selection criteria. After being harvested, these fresh, handpicked leaves undergo the traditional 12 stages of tea making procedures, from first stage of wilting to last stage of curing.

Our premium tea leaves such as Ceylon, Jasmine and Mountain tea are sourced in the finest locations of Sri Lanka, Taiwan and China.

2. WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR FRUITS?

Our fruits are sourced from the best locations, both local and abroad. CoCo is recognized for adopting a global procurement policy in terms of sourcing the best seasonal fruits and other primary ingredients to ensure the quality of its products.

3. HOW LONG WILL MY DRINK STAY FRESH?

To ensure quality and freshness, we recommend consuming your drink within two (2) hours.

4. Do you offer other milk options?

We offer lactose-free milk and oat milk for an extra fee.

5. CAN I STORE MY DRINK IN THE REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER?

Yes. However, for drinks with pearls, we do not recommend doing so, as this will cause the pearls’ texture to change.
